Lose Weight Swimming Workout

There are some exercises different that you can do to lose weight you want. The dynamism of the water will help reduce the stress that can be obtained from certain exercises in water.
Prisoner bodyweight squat
Squats slowly in water. As water try to force a backup, which provides some resistance to help build muscle. Repeat this about 10 to 15 times.
Single Leg Squat
Relying on the edge of the pool and lift one foot in front of you. Take your foot lifted his hand and slowly squat. Water helps keep your balance, and you can train at once!
Water Lunges
Reflectors in the water a great way to increase muscle mass in the leg. Slit down the left leg, then switch to the right. Do 10 to 15 repetitions.
Dips
Head of the pool and place your hands on the ground. Slowly raise your body until the water flow and then back down. This is the order of pull-ups, where you can improve the strength of the upper body.
Jumping Jacks
This regular exercise is like a series of jumps, but it will not be able to jump so high and landings will be much smoother. You'll find yourself with less stress on ankles, but with plyometric benefits.

Is swimming really helps to lose weight and tone help?
I somehow doubt it. I saw rescuers really useful but that's because I've been lifting weights and training. So you see that some masters swimmers were swimming (and never get tired!) for years. not even tones and lifeline and things are still going strong! Me On the other hand, I get tired when I take my shower and I eat healthy and exercise ... I do a lot of weight training and cardio and circuit training! so is swimming really help?
Swimming helps in the development of molds, but if you have a lot of body fat, mussels arent visible. N excersise burning / melting the fat
